Walk through Consult

A walk-through evaluation includes a visual assessment of the property which includes photos taken to help us create a quote for our staging services. Also can include our personalized and detailed

"to-do" list, which outlines the necessary recommendations and suggestions that need to take place to help get your home ready before hitting the market.

Vacant Staging

Vacant Staging includes the addition of furniture, decor, artwork and accessories to the vacant home. These features will create a more visually appealing and welcoming space.

Occupied Staging includes the use of existing furniture in the home.

Once the "to-Do" list is completed, additional of furnishings, decor and artwork are added. This process allows the occupied home become more appealing to potential buyers.

E- Design is a digital custom design board that includes detailed images of products to help create visual presentation of a space.

A design board includes home decor, furniture, paint colors, textures, patterns, etc. to help create the inspired design.

Soft Staging

Soft Staging is a lighter version of a staging which includes artwork and accessories without furniture. Soft Staging is a more cost effective alternative if you don't have the budget for a full stage. This added touch will to make your home feel warmer and more inviting and help your listing stand out from the competition.
